Six packs are offered, subject to availability, on Monday, Thursday and Saturday evenings.

Phone the track to check availability (Nottingham 0115 910 3333) - and then make a provisional booking for the evening of your choice.

Booking forms are available from the track. Once you have recruited enough people to make up your party just complete the booking form and send it of - with your payment - to the track (remember, you will normally need 10 people aged 18 or over to qualify for the <b>Six-pack</b> party deal).

Full payment of your <b>Six-pack</b> party deal needs to be received at least 14 days before the date of your booking (to allow time for the track to mail the requisite vouchers for your party - and for you to distribute these to the individuals concerned).

If you want a driver-operated vehicle to get your party to the track, call the Confederation of Passenger Transport on 0171 240 3131. Ask for the Public Affairs Department and you will be given a list of approved companies in your area.

<h3>What your track will send you right away</h3>
Just as soon as they have processed your booking, your local track will send you a strip of six perforated vouchers for every member of your party (one voucher for each of the offers that make up the <b>Six-Pack</b> party deal).

You will need to hand out these voucher strips before entering the stadium, but please ensure that all party members fill in their name and address on the first voucher (for <b>Admission and Racecard</b>) before handing this in.
